    - systems are stupidly complicated and dysfunctional. - computers provided to staff cause loss of productivity. - constantly downsize teams whilst expecting growth in output. - very poor morale in some regional offices

    I worked at Procter & Gamble for less than a year

    Pros

    - The project given was very challenging, yet rewarding. - Great people who are willing to help you with the project. - Given the opportunity to present findings to senior management.

    Cons

    I was given a manager who did not have experience managing someone beforehand. This meant project was not as clear as it could have been.
