I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time

    Pros

Wonderful flexibility - hot desking and working from home is the norm. There is a lot of trust from management to get your work done in the hours that work for you. Fast paced environment and interesting issues. Young workplace so fresh ideas are valued - it's not uncommon to see people in their late 20s or early 30s in senior roles. Very global organisation and international transfers are relatively easy to arrange.

    Cons

Culture where people routinely work after hours and logging on after you get home is the norm. Much work is driven out of regional hubs so subsidiary markets have little control over their work. Decision-making requires input many stakeholders and delays are frequent, which can be frustrating. Change is slow. There is not a lot of product innovation.

Honestly, not many! It's a big company so there's always some agility and quick decision making issues, but I feel like there's an effort to improve that.
