      Remote work without being required to work in the office

      Cons

      In my experience as a black woman working here, please be prepared to not have a voice. Any opinions or ideas you have for projects, tend to be seen as “too much” or “too big”, i realized that it’s best to not share your opinions or ideas at all and just do your work & go home. Save yourself the stress & find employment elsewhere. Your mental health deserves that.

      Pros

      There are some amazing people that are working in this organization. CEO is awesome as well.

      Cons

      Very low pay vs the industry standards. A lot of good people are turning over due to increased amount of work and low staffing. Promotion criteria is very vague at best. While the company preaches having a good culture, not much action is actually being done.

      Broken Promises. No Transparency.

      Pros

      Fully remote. Client-focused. CEO. There are some very smart and hard working people who work at PFS.

      Cons

      Lots of penny pinching. Low pay. Poor raises. No bonuses. Expensive benefits. Always a new reason you don’t get promoted. Too much work for each person. No support. Don’t have the tools/software you need to do the job. Nothing done about serious concerns brought to management.
