This is one of the most incredible teams I've ever worked with. And, beyond how smart and talented they are, it's a kind, fun, and collaborative community. And, on top of that, the work is strategizing and working on how to make this world a better place. The clients are inspirational and leading changemakers across many issue areas.

Cons

This is an agency where everyone works on the most high profile moments as well as the nitty gritty of reporting back to the client in a variety of ways. While big thinkers are needed, everyone needs to be able to churn out documents and analysis, keeping the project management on track.

PD is a changing the social impact landscape. If you want to help create positive impact in the world, this is the place for you. The staff is brilliant and the work is meaningful. PD is agile and extremely flat, providing staff with access to all parts and levels of the organization.

Cons

No downsides come readily to mind.
