I have been working at Punjab National Bank full-time for more than a year

    Pros

One of India's largest PSU Bank.. when you walk around and tell someone, youwork for PNB.. the look you get... as if someone royal... it is really good.

    Cons

You work here, not to get the work done or to provide service to your customr.. but just trying to save your skin. For every matter, there are specific staff accountability matters. HR Dept sucks, you need 'approach' in HR dept to get your work done. Seniors at Controlling ofice level aren't accesible. You need to follow "the proper channel Transfer/Promotion policy changes every year, you cannot plan anything.
