    Pros

An incredible place to work! Talented, fun people, interesting projects and working with best products on the market. It's fast paced and we have big financial targets, but there is support and training to help you reach them and feels great to consistently celebrate success. there's also Friday beers, an annual company away day and overall fun office to work in

    Cons

Everything is great. nothing negative to share

I have been working at Quantium full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great culture: fast paced, energetic, exciting, challenging, plenty of opportunity. Smart colleagues: you can learn a lot from your team and other teams via knowledge shares Interesting projects: leading edge technology used to solves problems we could not previously solve. Awesome facilities Free lunch time boot camp Fun company and team events

    Cons

Because there is so much opportunity, there is no standard progression path which some people may find unsettling. For people early on in their careers, lack of titles means that they are judged based on their output rather than their title which is a good thing. However, for experienced hires, it is more difficult to set up their reputation.

I have been working at Quantium full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Smart people, with great analytical and consulting talent - Great team-feeling; hard-working but fun-loving culture - Amazingly generous rewards for people with strong cultural fit - recognition for hard-workers and those who contribute to the team, not just popular or strong personalities, e.g. 5 employees who are selected for Employee of the Year receive 5 days' free leave days, flights, accommodation and $2k spending money to one of three luxury destinations - Clear commercial strategy and market-differentiating data-driven proposition, which is consistently and frequently communicated throughout the business - Regular knowledge shares and opportunities for formal and informal learning - Value placed on innovators and self-starters - people with an idea are supported in owning and driving it for themselves and receive due recognition - Building strong foundations for future growth, with investments in IT infrastructure, big data platforms, as well as a clearer focus on a product strategy and career planning frameworks to support individual growth

    Cons

    - Some growing pains, due to fast pace of growth - but these are recognised and are being addressed by management focus on building stronger foundations

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Quantium full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Lack of structure / hierarchy means few office politics and quick decision making Believe in promoting from within before recruiting externally (where possible) Senior management very passionate about the business and heavily involved in shaping the growth of the business Young and dynamic staff with some of the best minds in several industries Great series of annual staff events where the focus is to relax and socialise Innovation encouraged at all levels to ensure a culture of continuous improvement Provide an extensive in house training program while also sourcing relevant external courses for specialist skills Transparency in communication across the company with a continued focus on this area Encourage a sensible work life balance by providing fitness training and recognising the importance of family commitments but also leave it to each individual to decide on the balance that best suits them Great office environment with lots of soft benefits such as well stocked kitchens with food and drinks and a games area including table tennis, pool, darts, Nintendo Wii etc

    Cons

Not really a con, but the fast pace at which the company is growing is presenting many challenges that are being addressed by the Executive team to ensure all the pros remain exactly that...

I have been working at Quantium part-time

    Pros

Very fast paced, innovative company that presents you with lots of opportunities to grow personally and professionally. The massive growth of the company allows individuals to help shape the direction of both their own role, and their own team. Huge learning opportunities - you are constantly being challenged to do new things... the company and your role definitely don't stand still! I personally have found the company flexible and accommodating around fitting in both work and a family - what matters is getting the job done so you can structure it in a way that fits in with young children.

    Cons

The work can be pretty fast-paced and demanding. There are times when client demands mean the hours can be long... however this is something that is clearly set out before joining, and there is some flexibility to structure this in ways to fit in with your outside life.

I have been working at Quantium full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I have been working full time for Quantium for a while and I am proud to work for them. They are a company that does their best to do what is right for their Employees and for Clients. The people have always been a highlight - great to work with, friendly, hard working and intelligent. The projects we do are usually interesting and challenging, and have provided me with great learning opportunities and experience for my career. As a whole my experience has been overwhelmingly positive at Quantium, and I would recommend highly. Also to add I have found that the senior leaders are very competent and have set up the company for good growth even in these interesting times of 2020.

    Cons

Fast paced work environment sometimes with ambitious goals although this comes in waves. Given the fast growth there can be times of uncertainty and lack of structure.
