    Great superannuation, opportunity for advancement, good work/life balance

    Cons

    Under valued, stressful work environment, opportunities for advancement if you know the right people. Lots of staff on stress leave which adds to workload.

    People care about outcomes. A le to escalate issues within work unit effectively. Flexible roster ING.

    Cons

    Lack of investment in developing employees skills once at a certain level. Hard to gain experience across organisation and be mobile without impacting career progression. Rewards those who stay within a work unit not those that expand skills in multiple positions.
