Cons

I was laid off from this company after less than 3 months of working here. This was one of several waves of layoffs. The company had more honest ratings on Glassdoor previously which somehow appear to have been reset, which is pretty ironic for company whose core product is feedback and listening.

There're many pros working with Questback. I think that the key word is "with" because it isn't a workplace like any other I've been at. The general goal and vision is for everybody to be the best version of themselves and to be a better version of what you where yesterday. The most rewarding factor for me is that we have the posibility to work with colleagues that has been in the industry for a long time and that are experts within their respective fields. Just look over your shoulder whenever you need a hand because we always have eachothers (Quest)BACKS!

Cons

I haven't really noticed any specific cons,. Some of my colleagues has told me about how the company was before I arrived and what I gathered from their stories is that we've come a long, long way!
