Pros

The only pro is that you get a paycheck

Cons

I've never worked with such nasty attitudes. Very disrespectful people. That is the reason for high turnover.

Pros

After you've started work schedule can be catered to you preferred availability. Office is open 24 hours per day, there are usually plenty of hours to come by if you want to make some extra cash. Almost always hiring. The irregular shifts come with additions to the rate of pay. If you work primarily evenings or weekends the rate of pay is around $9.50. The office environment is pretty casual and the skills that are needed to be a successful operator will help you in any office environment.

Cons

A pretty small privately owned company, so there are limited opportunities for advancement. Can be a high stress job (upset clients or callers), contributes to high operator turnover rates. Temperature inside the office can be pretty brisk to keep servers cool.
