I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Can work from home due to pandemic.

    Cons

Constantly monitored. Bonuses dangled to get you to work harder and faster with the hope of getting a cash reward if task is accomplished, but never received. Long hours and they say you work 8 hours, but you really work 9 (more if you don’t want a life outside of work). They don’t pay for lunch hour and expect too much from workers. High stress. Mandatory weekend overtime.
