      Pros

      Great environment, Support, freedom of design, flexible hours, pursuing success for everyone in the company. Its a great place to work I have form a family with them makes me feel like my second home. Training the lucky one to join our amazing team. We all cheap in and are willing to teach anything we are good at. Even our Director of operations learn how to design. If you have the will you have the power to do whatever you put your mind on.

      Leadership to create better compensations. communications to stick with production steps to create a product.
