      Pros

Great people built great culture but it is going down day by day. Engineering practices are progressive (than most companies in Australia).

      Cons

You will hear "Take All Your Annual Leave" at least 10 times a day. Reactive style of management. Uninspiring leadership.

Another layer of management might fix it

      Pros

Some really great people, good location, building is fab and lots of shiny extras (yoga, coffee, massages)

      Cons

So many managers it's unproductive. What used to operate as a fairly flat structure now exists as a standard pyramid. Decision making management become too far removed from the real issues and make promises/deadlines without understanding. Leadership teams become arrogant and steamroll those in their way.

      Pros

Great maternity/paternity leave policy Casual dress environment Modern technologies available to do your job and collaborate. Great community programs and opportunities availble to contribute to meaningful causes. Still some great people around.

      Cons

Lack of genuine innovation Highly political enviroment that slows or completely kills innovation Over saturated the Australian real estate industry and don't know how to justify increasing agent fees, other than telling staff that they wont be getting pay increases this year (reason given is because roles have been graded however, we can't see how we've been graded) Salaries are lower than industry averages Workplace diversity is encouraged however this is also a shameless way to build brand and attract talent- they make this no secret. It's all fake.
