    Pros

    Work-life balance is good, the company was really able to mobilize well during the pandemic.

    Cons

    Some teams have a great understanding of the product in parts, but that confidence can be carried over into promising timelines to clients regarding updates they are not sure about.

Thank you for providing your insight into the area of product training and setting expectations with clients around timelines.     Pros

    They will stretch your skills as a project manager, and the people you work with can be amazing. Specifically my team, everyone pitches in to get the job done. You've got the flexibility to get the job done without micro management, and if you need to go home or get time off it's a minimal fight.

    Cons

    TMP is VERY new to the software game and has rolled out products that should have been polished more. While they are leading the way, there is a lot of clean-up that is being done by software support teams.

    Pros

    Great mobility, the management I've been under is awesome and legitimately cares about working with and mentoring TMP employees. Also great location and an easy commute.

    Cons

    Benefits could be better, but then again they could always be better. Often times you're asked to go above and beyond, but then again there's no growth without some sweat.

    Casual friendly work environment, opportunity to gain range of experience working with complex clients

    Company culture is still having trouble transitioning to the new reality that they're becoming more of a digital software/product company than a traditional advertising company

    Great team chemistry Great knowledgeable coworkers Great location. top floor with views all around.

    Cons

    No training Very low moral Promoting people into positions that's not ready no growth unless you in corp office in NY Pay not consistent with how much is given outdated equipment
