Employ graduates to give them a chance at entering the market, because they’re cheap and they don’t have to invest heavily in you. Really enjoyed working with the local team and had great success here until their HQ paranoia set in
Cons
The toxic work culture from HQ is poisonous and mistrust leads to micromanagement, bullying from BDMs and aggressive communication. There is no support from HR and they have dedicated staff looking for ways to discredit your reports and CRM. Unrealistic targets and expectations of the business and no local registrations really stagnate the business. After three years this was a terribly unsafe place to work and your market insights account for nothing. You’re asked to go against your ethics and lie to customers, and if you disagree with them watch your back!
