Pros

The culture is elite, they work to hire smart people but also make sure everyone is a good culture fit. Office life is fun and there is always opportunity to connect with people (at happy hours etc).There is so much flexibility but if you are local in office is preferred. Work is fast paced if you thrive in that kind of environment.

Cons

Not many - there is a lot going on at all times, so if you are willing to jump into the deep end and move fast you are in the right place.
