    Pros

Great flexibility & fun environment if you embrace the active lifestyle

    Cons

Higher management focuses highly on top stores and doesn't realise the potential of others. Budget is tight and expect to be cut out by underperforming, young and lower cost team members

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Rebel Sport part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you choose from the beginning not to take on responsibility and do the bare minimum, your managers will not ask you to do much

    Cons

    * once you show initiative work is piled on you Responsibilities if management constantly put on staff Bad management puts too much stress on business Even if your store always breaks even and brings profit you get shift cuts and are understaffed as the rest of the company might not be doing well Management implies that the company's social media fb equivalent is compulsory. Staff are underappreciated and aren't shown when they have helped out.
