      Pros

      One thing I appreciate about this company is the employee's passion to achieve something. However, due to the technical architect "VG" growth opportunities are limited.

      Cons

      One of the worst company I have ever seen in my life, especially regarding the technical architect "VG". This person has somehow survived for the past few years by playing with CEO. He doesn't have the confidence to get the job outside because he knows he has zero knowledge in IT. And he is a beautiful story teller. If this person finds anyone smarter than him, plans are made to terminate them.
