Pros
Focused, objective-oriented management. Leadership team that balances commitment to results and care for people. Collaborative environment (which is getting harder these days with remote work) A couple "hubs" in San Francisco and Chicago area. Commitment to remote work as well.
Cons
Productivity at a start-up has it's challenges - expect to work some nights and weekends, but not without camaraderie and reward!

Sometimes a bit hard to deliver so much with such a small staff Work can get very hectic and then all of the sudden very slow Collaboration is not as easy with remote co-workers Not sure what the next steps for the company are
