      Pros

      Has a unlimited PTO, work from home allowed full time. Even still, I wouldn't recommend working here. If you're reading this pending a job offer, keep looking.

      Cons

      Definitely a sinking ship. Revenue generation is negative and has been since it's founding. Extremely high turn over and zero loyalty to employees.

      Great team but poor upper management and high turnover

      Pros

      I did work with a great and talented team during my time at Rekor. I made some friends and found people I'd love to work with again in the future.

      Cons

      Upper management, the board, and the top decision makers are indifferent to employees (minus the few great people who are in this category that do work there). In February 2026, they enacted a policy that no employees would receive severance at all moving forward and a few months later I was laid off after over half a decade with the company. Tons of turnover and inability to keep top performers/talent. I wanted to warn people as it isn't very clear from the outside that all of this is going on.
