Pros
Been with the company for almost a year now and it has been a rewarding experience. The leadership truly values their employees and fosters an environment of collaboration and growth. The company provides a supportive environment, clear communication and a helpful admin / internal team that makes remote work enjoyable and productive.
Cons
The company doesn’t have a physical office if you want to experience working in a real-life office scenario. But for me that’s a plus since that guarantees 100% remote / wfh set up!

I have the freedom to work from anywhere with an internet connection, which allows me to balance work with other aspects of my life.
Cons
While the agency has a supportive and collaborative culture, it can be difficult to build relationships and feel connected to the team when working remotely.
