Pros

5 days work week Work from home Timely Salary Reporting managers are very competent in the Content team.

Cons

There is no growth. You are in limbo. The company is in a constant crisis related to financials. They use the financial crisis argument everytime an employee asks for their increment. Underpaying employees. If you pay well, you will get better employees, if you pay less and constrain growth, then you will be saddled with mediocrity. HRs are glorified bhujiya eaters here. Beyond asking people to change their LinkedIn cover images and sending AI generated happy birthday messages, they are incapable of solving employee concerns.

Pros

The only positive aspect was my coworkers, who were supportive and collaborative despite the stressful environment. Sadly, managerial support was lacking.

Cons

My experience at Research Nester Pvt. Ltd. was challenging and disappointing. The organization follows a clear hire and fire approach, particularly affecting freshers who are offered low salaries and then overburdened with excessive workloads. Despite meeting targets and receiving written confirmation of good performance, several employees were laid off suddenly within 3 months, without prior notice. What raised serious concerns was the lack of transparency. While layoffs were officially justified as “cost cutting and underperformance,” the company continued posting new job openings on LinkedIn simultaneously. Managers initially claimed they were unaware of the decision, but later HR admitted they had known in advance. This reflects poor communication and questionable ethics. Employees were also asked to sign 18 months contract, which felt meaningless when layoff could happen abruptly. No clear growth path, no promotions, and no increments, regardless of effort.
