My experience at Research Nester Pvt. Ltd. was challenging and disappointing. The organization follows a clear hire and fire approach, particularly affecting freshers who are offered low salaries and then overburdened with excessive workloads. Despite meeting targets and receiving written confirmation of good performance, several employees were laid off suddenly within 3 months, without prior notice.
What raised serious concerns was the lack of transparency. While layoffs were officially justified as “cost cutting and underperformance,” the company continued posting new job openings on LinkedIn simultaneously. Managers initially claimed they were unaware of the decision, but later HR admitted they had known in advance. This reflects poor communication and questionable ethics.
Employees were also asked to sign 18 months contract, which felt meaningless when layoff could happen abruptly. No clear growth path, no promotions, and no increments, regardless of effort.
