I love this company. I have poured my heart into our teams here, and feel it reciprocated every single day. This is the most talented group of high performers I've ever surrounded myself with. The work isn't easy, and it challenges me to keep learning and growing every single day. I appreciate how truly our entire team lives into our values as a company. I've worked at a lot of places. Some have been good places to work and some of them have been toxic environments. RevUnit has been a great experience so far. I work with people I not only like, but respect. I also see the values the company talks about like "Do What's Right," "Be Fearless," and "I've Got Your Back, You've Got Mine" actually being lived into. That's been rare for me both in the corporate and agency jobs I've had so far. The team is pretty young, but leadership responds to the changing market and the needs of the people in the company. I'm more confident working here that we are on the right trajectory as a company.
