    Work-life balance, pay and benefits, strong leadership, work ethos, career opportunities, safety conscious, work autonomy

    Cons

    Political, disengaged middle management (which the safety culture does not always penetrate), bureaucratic, restructures regularly (can cause unrest for anyone who doesn't like change)

    Pros

    Great base pay, flexible management who put employees needs high on the list. Good companies attract good people. The health, safety and general well being of the employees would rival any company.

    Cons

    A larger company sometimes mean things are done at snail pace and urgency in some things is not at the forefront. Decisions tend to take longer than they should.

    Pros

    High emphasis on safety and employee wellbeing. One of the best companies I’ve worked for. Pay is up to market standard. Generally good work life balance.

    Cons

    Some politics within certain business functions.
