    Took safety seriously. Subsidised health insurance was good.

    Sometimes people were promoted into management roles who weren't suitable managers.

    decent pay freedom and flexibility to complete tasks Trust from direct management Interesting and unique exposure and experience parking onsite at Operations Centre Great location at Central Park work alongside intelligent colleagues

    Nepotism Poor leadership at many levels Immature process Ambiguity at ever corner Some Arrogant, immature and ignorant management Hierarchical Management up approach

    Many pros you would expect with one of the worlds largest mining companies. Well resourced, happy, pleasant staff.

    - Graduate program gives engineers exposure to different aspects and areas of the business - Competitive salary and conditions (annual leave, superannuation, etc).

    Cons

    - As with most large companies, you're sometimes treated as just another employee ID number.

    Pros

    Good money. Good vacation allowance. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Despite advertising for opportunities to move around there were none. Graduate program is not great. Wasn't a whole lot of time allowed for pursuing work-related personal projects. No allowance for personal improvement in the education space.
