    Coping with issues from top and bottom level always...You will be tried and tested all the way., Adjusting to shift work if you are new to it.

    Pros

    Well paid and good bonus scheme, nice stock plan for the long term. RRSP plan is okay.

    Cons

    a bit of a negative atmosphere with the current economic difficulties and commodity prices being lower.

    too many layoffs and too much outsourcing right now, this will lead to a weaker organization in the long term
