    Very good training Good facilities Canteen food got effort Proper hand over and taking over for shifts

    Cons

    Working environment not very good especially when seniors and colleagues dont provide much guidance. Long working hours. when worked over working hours was told that its your passion to serve others so its okay to work over your normal shift. No work life balance Heavy work load
