Pros

Total flexibility - work from anywhere. Get to borrow jewelry for as long as you work there. Definitely a fun plus. I enjoyed the pieces I got to try on and buy.

Cons

Expect a lot with very low pay. Pay is .50 per curated box. Very difficult to make much money. No paid training Unprofessional training methods Too much competition with other stylists for work. No assigned work. It's a free for all.

Thank you for your feedback - all feedback we receive helps us refine and improve our remote styling program, which is still in its pilot stage. This is something we have communicated to all of our new hires with the hope that we can work together to create a seamless, efficient and rewarding system. Pros

Cool product, smart people, interesting customers. Enjoyed working somewhere where I could explain my company's product easily to the average person. Fun and happening location.

Cons

Very low pay, coupled with long hours Management is inexperienced with what it takes to motivate and support employees in the long term, day-in and day-out Management is inexperienced with what normal Bay Area startup wages and benefits are Sometimes feels like no one is trusted by management to use their best judgement, lots of second-guessing and lack of communication

Pros

The flexibility of the job was great, when the job existed for humans. Recently they laid off the entire styling department and now all customers will be styled by robots.

Cons

Terrible pay, slave wages, no room for growth, the company doesn't seem to be doing well, hence laying off 50 people and replacing them with robots. I feel sorry for the customers who think they are actually being styled by humans, who truly care about their customers.
