    Former Employee - Business Analyst

I worked at Roland Berger full-time

    Pros

Even at BA level you get chance to be exposed to senior clients.

    Cons

Not a firm but a bunch of individuals put together and careless of others. Projects may be interesting, very high level and exposed to C-level. A lot of time spent on proposal to attract new clients. Local office is small. Very poor management leadership. Environment is toxic for a young individual willing to boost his career. They fired 10 business analyst within one week because of the COVID-19, without having a senior showing commitment and interest in the cause.
