    Pros

A demanding environment to work in, but colleagues are always friendly and willing to help.

Growth in the organization is dependant on the manager. There are very few managers on board to help their team members grow and learn skills from other tasks and department.

    Advice to Management

A department or initiative needs to be set up to promote cross-department learnings to continue to develop skills of employees.

    Negative Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Royal Melbourne Institute Of Technology for more than 5 years

    Pros

17% super, dats it! Good academic staff!

    Cons

Micromanagement is sky rocketing, high performing individuals will feel smothered! No autonomy no nothing! Blame game culture is very prevalent and students are considered money making machines and nothing else! Look for other universities whether you are a student or someone looking for work! Zero work life balance, employees are not even treated as human beings! Student experience is just a term on paper, this... has nothing to do with how higher management looks at students.
