Pros

- Free Breakfast, Birthday Cakes, Many other free food days for celebrations etc - Friendly Staff/Colleagues - Great Benefits (i.e. EAP, Novated Lease etc)

Cons

- Like some others have stated, it did feel very "cultish" or "cliquey", therefore don't expect to coast along or do the bare minimum > It will be noticed & if they don't say anything to your face, it will be noted - Vague standards for employees... While they DO outline what they generally expect, imo this can be perceived differently amongst employee/manager - No KPIs in the traditional sense (# of calls, AHT etc) as they pride themselves on being "not your standard call centre"...Due to this I found it hard to self-manage my own performance until it was too late. - Say that they're compassionate to mental illness, however actions don't match words - Various managers can come across as passive-aggressive - Favouritism apparent

Pros

Amazing people who are supportive and fun. Great events and the new location is going to be terrific too.

Cons

Your career is in your hands at SEEK, which is a positive thing, but it means your really need to be on top of your game and be willing to sing your own praises all the time.
