I have been working at SHI International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - investment in the people - autonomy to build your own brand - fun and exciting culture - long term/future forward thinking - career advancement opportunities - if you work hard, you will be successful - change structure or methods based on what is right for the future of the organization and people

    Cons

    - sometimes it’s hard to keep a focus on a handful of things due to being pulled in too many directions - promotion of reps that aren’t ready for the role - some management coasts by without truly developing their people - not everyone is held to the same standards which makes I️t difficult to have the same message across regions

I have been working at SHI International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Wonderful place to be now as it is consistently changing and evolving with the market that we are in. They have been putting a larger focus on recruitment lately and raising the bar on the talent that we are bringing in to work here. If you are looking for a place where they value hard work and independence- this is your place. You need your work ethic, attitude, and effort to be above the normal to thrive! Don't expect to sit around and do the minimum metrics and make 6 figures. I was an IAE for two and a half years and I worked hard and made amazing money. I stayed late and treated my customers well and went above and beyond. We expect the same thing. Join us if you think you are ready to raise the bar on customer experience.

    Cons

People expect this job to be easy and for it to not take time. Put in the work to be successful and you will be. Stick around and give it time.

I worked at SHI International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Money is good for tenured reps and management

    Cons

-Senior Leadership targets employees to get rid and fires people left and right -Highest turnover in the industry. I would estimate under 2 years on average ( ask how long your manager has been working there or how many years the most tenured AE has been employed) -A lot of senior leadership uses Drugs and promotes terrible, unprofessional, and appalling behavior. -They act like they are the wolf of wall street when every other var/lar in the industry has tons of reps making 500k-1M a year -If you are a woman I would stay away from this culture -Management won't' hire anyone over 30 See how there are laws being broken. The last few year the company has gone downhill and all good people left

I worked at SHI International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Legacy Enterprise group is excellent but 2008 inception of the Commercial Division and it's "senior leadership" were light on the resume and devoid of managment skills. Confronting senior management only resulted in being labeled, "not a player".

    Cons

Inexperience, limited vision and moving product over account managment is a short term plan
