Pros
* From top to bottom the company allows you to prioritise your personal health, and give attention to private life matters. * Very friendly coworkers. * A great, modern tech stack, and a culture of trying to keep things manageable. * Neutral - the company generally offers a SaaS product, but every so often some interesting bespoke work comes through. A good place for those that want a relatively stable, predictable day-to-day. * It's hard to fault the company or management specifically for anything particularly major.
Cons
* Small in scale in most ways. There's a ceiling here that's pretty easy to hit. Diversity of challenges and type of work varies on what area you're hired for, but is likely unsatisfactory if you're ambitious. * Progression is unclear; gatekept, and unrelated to responsibility or ability. This is also related to their small size and scale. * Neutral - It's a small, relative unknown startup-sized company. While the tech team are above-average, there may not be many opportunities to learn/be mentored.
