    Work in a company that provide a key service for our community

    Cons

    Focus on cost cutting with a culture that allows management behaviour that is not aligned to its stated values. A big boy's club where bad behaviour is supported at the top levels.

    Pros

    Some good people, but turnover is very high and many are burnt out.

    Cons

    Poor culture, poor management, toxic environment, many fear for their jobs, very much who you are mates with determines how well you do not how well you perform. Old school micromanagement, not much honesty in communications.

    Smart good people Good vision

    Cons

    Removing barriers for employees - including a culture that can be inflexible, lacking in listening/acting on feedback. There are pockets of snr mgrs who promote a boys club approach to work. Prioritisation and planning could be improved. Lots of infighting and managing upwards.

    Pros

    I was offered amazing flexibility throughout my 10+ years. The MD is a man of high integrity, honesty and compassion.

    Cons

    Limited career progression in my particular area. Some workers stuck in the 'way we have always done it' mentality. Some silo mentality between divisions.
