      Pros

      Hybrid work, flexible hours, friendly office, good vibe. CEO really cares about his employees (mostly). Opportunity to be creative and grow.

      Cons

      Upper management is all over the place, always changing direction. You never know what's next. Every few months a new hatchet man is hired who tries to change things up, eventually he goes too.
