      There's a door to walk out.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely horrible. From the VP J.W to the pm's leads supervisors, the paint shop is a joke and facilities maintenance department is a bunch of idiots.

      The job was relatively easy to navigate and perform and the colleagues were great.

      Cons

      If you are looking to expand your rolls and responsibilities, there are not many ways to do so. Mentorship is lacking big time.
