I have been working at SUNY Upstate Medical University full-time

    Pros

There are a lot of people working here who want to take care of patients, some very altruistic people.

    Cons

There are not enough positions filled to adequately support the hospital infrastructure. MedBest fails to recognize the experience and talents of the staff.

    Advice to Management

Come up with a better way to compensate hospital staff. MedBest provides non-competitive wages and benefits.
