    Great pay and benefits, company is amazing, software and tools are amazing

    Cons

    I would not recommend anyone to work here!! Dont be fooled by the money and "1 place to work" Horrible culture, Great OTE waived at you but its (totally un-achievable) , People leaving everyday, such a unstable workplace..

    Advice to Management

    This is great company and it could be a great placed to work with changes to culture and maanagament

    Great CRM technology Spends money on facilities and events Will hire lots of people to solve a problem

    Cons

    Sales people are a disposable resource at Salesforce, as very few people hit their number and then sales people leave Has become Oracle 2.0 A lot of great people have left in every department Their pay isn't where the market is anymore Breeds a culture of arrogant ignorance to competitors

    Advice to Management

    Don't hire twice as many sales people as you need Attending Dreamforce does not make up for people not hitting their number

    Very dynamic, challenging work environment. Loads of opportunities to develop yourself and learn. Great people and mentality throughout the whole company.

    No longer a startup and getting very corporate at certain levels.

    Keep seeing people and not only numbers.

    Some disadvantages are coming from the advantages indeed: - It’s really difficult to make good money. Target are increasing and OTE are reflected based on global plans , so it depends a lot on how lucky you are you will be able to reach your targets. - You will have to manage the relationship not just with your direct reporting, but wih different stakeholders who will have different interests.     Advice to Management

    Giving x2 commissions is not the only way to retain AEs. Respect people mentality. Not everyone is happy to *sell his extra time for earning more money* Respect time and rewards not just the people who is open to be available 24/7.

    Expect sales to sell licenses like a vending machine when trying to play in the Enterprise world. Having run rate is important but doesn’t leverage the skill set of the more seasoned sales team.
