    Fast paced, lot's of learning opportunities, good compensation, great benefits, great leadership and companionship for the most part

    Cons

    Sometimes hard to bring different teams and capabilities together behind a goal, workload can become overwhelming if not properly managed

    I have been working at Salesforce full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great working environment for a young professional, with flexible hours and great benefits which can help offset personal financials. Manager is supportive, and teammates are great to work with. Support of new ideas and innovation.

    Cons

    Working hours can fluctuate and the sales environment can be high pressure. Metrics and promotion process isn't very clear, emphasis on personal brand

    Pros

    - great comms structure - work with some really intelligent people! - great benefits

    Cons

    - the politics are quite possibly the worst I have ever seen - you don’t go places unless you know the right person - different treatment of different staff members - too many processes, takes time away from hitting targets - again, let me stress the politics, are horrendous

    I have been working at Salesforce full-time

    Pros

    Team of intelligent marketers, producing incredible work. People genuinely want to help the team as a whole to succeed. Company as a whole, provides great benefits.

    Cons

    Some people within marketing do not get the opportunities, support, resourcing and overall fair treatment in comparison with others. There is a clear divide in the way that particular individuals are treated as favourites i.e. getting preferred treatment, more resourcing, more recognition, while others get nothing. Culture within the team is extremely toxic. People grandstand and backstab to get ahead of others. Louder individuals with bias from the marketing leadership team succeed, others do not.
