    Pros

    Overtime always paid. Great people. Very helpful

    Cons

    No cons if you ask me. But, make sure to take a vacation at times, since I burned out after not taking a vacation for 13 months.

    Flexible work hours/conditions, great if you are a parent. Not stressful. Great people.

    Lots of company/corporate changes, creates an unsettled environment. Very corporate vibe.

    I worked at Salmat for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Was a good company to work for with great people working together to achieve good results and also place the business in a good position against the other states . ( QLD )

    Cons

    With new management comes change and sometimes it goes wrong and I feel taking the local based Account managers and replacing them with people outside of Australia was a bad call. Putting profit in front of the service we provided.

    Great people that really care, exceptionally inspiring founders. Ambitious, scrappy and customer focused.

    Cons

    Too much bureaucracy for a mid size organisation. Patchy delivery in some areas.

    Work in silos. Highly competitive and poor culture
