    Pros

    -Easy to get the job -Good place to start your career - I mean for new migrants and students - flexible timing (after u get the job can request change of roster)

    Cons

    - low pay rate - Sometime get very cranky cust - have to be very patient

    I have been working at Salmat full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    None, not many pros in a role that has no opportunities.

    Cons

    Low pay, short staffed. Management change practices on the fly, availability has to be given constantly despite being full-time.
