    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Salmat full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

The people. The people are great. There is a genuine desire to improve the company. Things are changing, for the better.

    Cons

Highly stressful environment. High expectations of performance. Confusing financial decisions. Confusing senior management direction. The message is lost in the noise. Job security is misunderstood - Phillipines arm makes Aussies and kiwis nervous.

I have been working at Salmat full-time

    Pros

Plenty of good people who are eager to learn, succeed and have fun, great brand, well respected in market, culture of care and respect for people

    Cons

Lots of people in mid to senior management roles that have been around for ever, don't know what they don't know, not open to new ideas, siloed business mentality, no sense of urgency, very beaurocratic
