Pros
1. High end processes and procedures. 2. Not a bad place to strike a decent work life balance. 3. They pay you on time. 4. They follow government rules on vacations.
Cons
1. HR thinks they own the company and treat everyone else as expendable, its literally the tail that wags the dog. 2. Fairness, clarity and transparency when it comes to rewarding performance is non existent. Nobody really knows why they get what they get, if they get anything that is... 3. Nobody wants to share information, everyone is constantly worried about job security. 4. If they offer you a position, only take it because you have no other alternative.
