    Pros

    They hire very good people, so you will have a good work atmosphere. Benefits are also very good.

    Cons

    No long term vision, no stability, no trust among groups, everything controlled by HQ, and management changes every 6 months.

    Pros

    You get to work on one of the best selling products in the world. Diverse culture.

    Cons

    No process what so ever, nothing is being shared between teams, Korean HQ never approve you to do anything. Your works won't see the sunlight.

    Advice to Management

    Hire good people, establish development process, make HQ hear SRA's voice more.
