Good products and pipeline both ethical and complementary with great benefits for customers and staff. Strong ethical standards both internally and externally

Very little work life balance and very political . Management is lacking depth and is known for promoting "Boys club members" and has tendency to not listen to proactive and practical ideas . Little room for career growth if not favoured by the "Club"

Used to be Genzyme. We were bought by Sanofi. They initiated a Fit4Bio program which cut our work force down by over 40%. This stressed the team out and lack of communication did not help moral.
