I have been working at Sanofi full-time

    Pros

Nice environment . Good manager. Makes sense if the money is good.

    Cons

HO is located in expensive locality. Staying close to office is expensive and hence affects work life balance.

    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Sanofi full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good products and pipeline both ethical and complementary with great benefits for customers and staff. Strong ethical standards both internally and externally

    Cons

Very little work life balance and very political . Management is lacking depth and is known for promoting "Boys club members" and has tendency to not listen to proactive and practical ideas . Little room for career growth if not favoured by the "Club"

I have been working at Sanofi full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good work-life balance, company culture good

    Cons

Not good for career-driven people, if you are not in the inner circle, you'll never get ahead and because of this the company loses a lot of great people. Pipeline of products not great. Marketing budget too small - marketing materials are scarce. No real direction with strategy, constant chopping and changing which makes interacting with customers difficult.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Sanofi full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good work life balance. The company cares about the happiness of it's staff. Nice culture. Good people working there. Nice offices.

    Cons

Career progression is slow and limited to a few that manage well upwards - there is an inner circle of people who get fast tracked, whilst others remain in the same position for years despite good performance reviews. Regular restructures cause an unstable environment to work and insecurity.

    I worked at Sanofi full-time

    Pros

Large multinational pharmaceutical company. Heavy marketing budget. Money for spending and entertainment no problem. Work life balance.

    Cons

Hard to move up. Be stuck in the role you are hired for. Will take years for career progression. If you are fast paved and hungry it's not for you. Lots of politics. Some senior people dictate who can go where.
