learned about the administrative work, secretary, reception and learned how to handle the big boss once the executive assistance is not around. Handle so many things that you've never experience before and learn about to manage the company and to be trustworthy of the higher ups.
Cons
if you are deserve to have some commission, extra and bonus that you've work for it and the company did not see what is your dedication to work. instead to choose for their favoritism. meaning the upper management did not look for the work instead for those whose are close to them, they are giving their way of say thank you.
