Scan123 truly has a terrific culture. Team-focused, growing, communicative, and consistently living the Core Values, which are stated often. Lots of potential to have an impact, climb the ladder, and feel like your efforts are making a difference. Comp and benefits are generous- what small company has a 401-k match anymore? HR policies are evolving and improving. A true gem in the Northwest!
Cons
The company is small, and does have limited resources- but the CEO and his team are quite competent, and careful about where they place their bets.

Awesome company, feels like family working here. Everyone is very nice, no drama, can literally reach out to anyone and get a friendly and helpful response quickly.
Cons
Sometimes things here can feel a bit old-fashioned, like a mom and pop tech company.
