Senior management are aggressive and abusive, who has a poor industry wide reputation. Members of senior staff habitually screamed abuse at staff members and made all staff feel extremely unsafe. Members of senior staff regularly espoused racist comments about staff members and in my time had an unfair dismissal claim against them. This company grossly under pays staff and offers zero opportunities for modelling staff to be promoted, senior management uses the threat of dismissal as the primary way to motivate staff.. When the market slows and Scharp loses clients, which they often do, the company makes it routine to fire staff on mass. The culture is so toxic that most staff are forced into find freelance work to subsidise their income, which ironically, Senior management is constantly paranoid about.

Parking used to be a bit tricky. They have since moved to Collingwood with more options.
