There is Zero room to move up in this company and ZERO incentives for being a better salesperson. They will start you as close to minimum wage as possible plus 2% commission. Look forward to spending most your time maintaining the showroom and being distracted from your sales, by customer service issues with Seattle Lightings in house brand Design Classics. These cheap knock offs of other lights in the market place are rushed and commonly get delivered to customers with flaws.
