personal use case half day consider work til 3pm from 9am and no mention in the email need to figure out yourself less benefit less increment even is high or low KPI (I tried both high and low KPI). work for so many years each year only have 200. even counter offer is same 200. no work from home policy no OT

Some colleagues has diva DNA in themselves. No teamwork. Always take things personally. Drama. Superior try to be natural but nahhh meh it's seems like still bias. Bos act NATO. No action talk only. Don't want to change. Like boomers style, don't argue or else more workload for you. Low benefits! No work life balance.
